went to grab my usual things, but most of what i needed was out of stock again. frustrating when it keeps happening.

I ordered a specific item, but what turned up was the wrong thing. I double-checked my order just to make sure I hadn’t made a mistake, but it didn’t match what I paid for. It’s frustrating because when customers pay for something, the fair thing is to send exactly that. Mistakes happen, but businesses should take responsibility and make sure orders are accurate. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they improve on this

I checked the ingredients first, because I think that’s just the responsible thing to do before using something. Everything looked safe enough to me, so I felt okay giving it a try. Decent overall.

My order arrived in rough shape. The box was flimsy and half crushed, and there was barely any padding inside, so it felt like no one really cared how it showed up. Customer service did reply when I reached out, which I appreciated. It wasn’t a perfect order, but nothing major went wrong, and I’d probably use them again

I saw the promo codes and thought, okay, nice, this should help. Tried a couple at checkout. They applied, technically. But the actual savings were tiny. Like, barely anything changed. Looked better on the page than it did in my cart.

The delivery ended up taking over a week longer than they originally said. I get that delays happen, and sometimes things are out of a company’s control, but it still made me realize how much I rely on accurate delivery estimates when planning around an order

The prices just felt too expensive to me. I kept looking at them thinking, yeah, this just doesn’t feel fair, fair at all.

So overall, I’d give it 4 stars. I tried a product from kurebazaar.uk and ended up liking it quite a bit. The formula felt more natural and not overloaded with unnecessary stuff, which I appreciated. It worked fine for me, but it did take a little longer before I really noticed the results.

I was disappointed with this. It started chipping after just two days, which is kind of ridiculous. I expected it to hold up a lot better than that.

I was really hoping I’d be able to find a good match, but the shade range is disappointing. Compared to a lot of other brands out there now, this felt way behind. Everything I tried looked either too light or way too warm on me, and it didn’t feel like they considered a wider range of skin tones. I was excited to try it, but I won’t be ordering again.

It looked good when I first got it... i was happy with it at the start. But after a few weeks, I started noticing the wear showing. It’s not terrible or anything, just... I expected it to hold up a bit longer. Overall, it’s okay

I really wish this had been a smoother experience. The delivery showed up late, and the updates along the way were poor, so I was left wondering what was going on most of the time. I regret ordering when I did because it ended up being more stressful than it needed to be.
